Farm Hand

We have work available on our farm in North West NSW, approximately 1 hour from Narrabri.
Located on the Namoi River, we grow winter and summer crops (including cotton, wheat, chickpeas, fababeans and canola) and also run cattle from time to time.

We are looking for a number of people to join our team as a Farmhand.

In this position, you will be operating different farm machinery to help with

Planting winter crops
Cotton picking
Grain harvest
Other Tractor operations including discing, mulching, cultivating, fertilising
General repairs and maintenance
Outloading of grain
Other ad hoc duties

This is a great opportunity to learn the process of growing a variety of different crops, on a large scale farm. You will be operating the latest in farm machinery and equipment, and you will have the responsibility of servicing and maintaining the machinery you operate, with the support of our Management team.

We are ideally looking for people who have previous experience operating and maintaining farm or heavy machinery. On the job training will also be provided.
