We are looking for vibrant and attentive PRODUCTION CHEF to join our teams at the NEWMAN HOTEL MOTEL in Newman, WA

Production Chefs
Sponsorship available for the right candidate. Criteria: 3 month trial

• Able to prep in a high volume production kitchen. Good communication skills. Maintain daily food safety & hygiene standards.
• Setup workstations with required ingredients and equipment.
• Cook recipes ready for a hot buffet display of upto 12 items.
• Capable of cooking, cooling, heating, and service processes and record keeping of all dishes made. 

Chefs Package on offer
Short term – Casual (less than 3 months)
              Award rates + penalties apply
              38 hours max hours
              Weekly rent + meals will apply
              Staff discount – 50 % off menu items exclusions apply

Long term – fulltime salary Minimum 6 months
               Above Award Rate Salary

Upto 42.5 hours per week
               Paid onsite accommodation – Single room ensuite
               Paid Meals provided – Palms mess hall only
               Salary – 50k – 65k
               Staff discount – 50 % off menu items exclusions apply
