Job Description
We are ready to welcome a Food and Beverage Supevisor to our guest obsessed team in this influential role. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager you will oversee the daily F&B operation and develop a high performing team who will deliver a flawless service experience at every part of their journey.
About the role:
- Service focused personality and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Experience in a similar role with exposure to leading, motivating and developing others
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Available to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
About you:
- Assisting in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage team
- Leading from the front, participating in operational requirements of the department
- Assisting with rostering and overall coordination, including stock control
- Liaising with the Kitchen team to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Handling guest enquiries and complaints in a genuine and professional manner
