Job Description
Looking for energetic backpackers with a solid work ethic to help with a diverse range of tasks related to organic olive, nut and fruit production. Spend your leisure time in a tiny house with a great view, large deck, supplied with rain water, power, heating, composting toilet, TV and WiFi. Join our home-cooked family meals in the evening, help clean-up and play a game or two with the kids. Shared electric car for local driving. 10 min drive to Ballan which has a train to Melbourne. 30 min to Ballarat and 20 min to Daylesford. Opportunity to learn off-grid and self-sufficient living skills as well as, organic gardening and beekeeping.
10 hours driving kids to school/activities and 30 hours of building or farm work/week (650 pre-tax).
Children are ages 7, 9 and 11. Drivers license and Working with Children check essential. Position available 1st February onwards. Look forward to hearing from you!
