Casual Rates $28.08 + shift loadings + super
Eve’s Bar at Mercure Sydney is a small street bar with big heart that is serving up craft beers, clever cocktails, and great quality food conveniently located in the bustling streets of Chippendale close to central station.
We are looking for: Someone who’s willing to work hard and have fun at the same time, delivering welcoming experiences that guests crave.
• Who truly enjoys people and hearing their story.
• Is interested in local & imported beer & wine
• Has basic cocktail knowledge
• Already has a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Willing to get a Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)
• Has availability for Bar work, including nights and weekends but open to set days off where possible.
