The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our Bar staff and join our professional team on a full time basis.
Come to work every day and enjoy working in a beautiful, renowned restaurant overlooking the pristine blue water.
With an extensive wine list and excellent cocktail list we are open 7 days for lunch and dinner with a seating capacity of 120 and you will be required to work on weekends.

Skills and experience:
Ideally, you are a proficient individual with a passion for customer service. You must possess the following skills to be considered for the role:
• Full Australian working rights (this is a long term position, requiring unrestricted Australian working rights)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cocktail bar
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
• Love working in a team
• Excellent presentation skills
