The Role
Join the team and lead the F&B aspect of the Resort set on the beautiful Lake Argyle. Your role will be to oversee the F&B offering and team, also getting support from a strong Duty Manager, whilst working alongside other areas of the business to offer assistance. You will provide excellent customer service at the Resort in accordance with the high standards of our G’Day brand.

Duties & Responsibilities
Providing general food and beverage waiting duties; meet and greet guests, taking customer orders and clearing tables
Supervising a team of F&B attendants
Assisting on front office, meeting and greeting clients
Ensure security procedures are adhered to including the handling of all cash
Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with OH&S policies and procedures
Ensure adherence to principles of HACCP and requirements under the Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation
Other duties as directed by the positions Line Manager.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have the following knowledge, experience and attributes:

Fantastic customer service
Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Certified Responsible Service of Alcohol desirable
Team orientated but also able to work autonomously
Excellent time management skills
Outstanding communication skills
Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and on short notice.
This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Lake Argyle for the duration of the season.
