Your Role:

You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for meeting customer expectations by taking ownership of customer requests through to completion whilst providing a high quality contact and strong administrative support to the commercial team. You will be managing and processing of customer orders to ensure the delivery of a great customer experience.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Be a key communication point between the company and customers
Managing and processing inbound customer contacts relating to order inquiries, order placement, product, supply, pricing & delivering questions
Composing accurate & prompt replies to all customer correspondence
Reviewing and entering all customer orders
Maintaining & updating the database
Strive to build successful relationships with both internal and external customers
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience using SAP ERP would be advantageous
Customer focused, with a sound understanding of customer service needs and expectation
Proactive and highly motivated
Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Previous experience in a product-based, inbound customer service role including the processing of orders
Accurate keyboard skills and computer literacy
COVID-19 Vaccination certification: The successful candidate for this position will be required to provide evidence of their double vaccination status, or a valid medical contraindication certificate, prior to the department finalising the appointment of the candidate.
