Job Description
Bruny Island Premium Wines is a small family owned and operated vineyard/winery/cellar door and restaurant. Situated on picturesque South Bruny Island, approx. 1.5 hours south of Hobart (including a 15 minute vehicular ferry trip). Our rapidly growing business offers great service, local superb wine, cider, food and a wonderful ambience!
Currently we are seeking experienced hospo staff to conduct wine tastings & front of house duties. The successful candidates will need to have a strong work ethic and love all about wine, food and customer service . The role carries varied responsibilities, we require people who can work fast but with ease, shows initiative to help out the team but of utmost importance we require people who will deliver top class service to our customers.
Operating 7 days a week for lunch and dinner Saturday evenings. So you will have plenty of down time to explore Tasmania and enjoy the Island life here on Bruny Island.
Casual position 25+ hrs per week and may include vineyard work
A General Brief of some Responsibilities & Attributes:
Hold a current RSA Certificate
Previous experience in a front of house role
Exceptional communication
Strong work ethic
Customer Service Extraordinaire
A positive, punctual and professional approach
Excellent attention to detail
Own transport - Remote Location.
A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and a winning smile
