We are seeking a Support Manager / Management Couple for a well known regional Hospitality Group that owns several properties in remote Northern Territory and South Australia.

This is a newly created role within the business to offer operational support to the companies various sites based within South Australia & the Northern Territory. Predominately based onsite in the Northern Territory, the successful candidates will frequently be sent to other sites to provide operational management support to cover relief management.

The role answers directly to the companies CEO, however candidates will also take direction from site management whilst working onsite.

The role requires regular travel via road & air which is ideal for those who like to travel around. All travel expenses will be paid for by the company.

Package:
$70,000 Salary each ($140,000 combined)
FREE Onsite Accommodation & Meals

Duties:
Assist onsite management with the day to day management of the roadhouse in a hands-on capacity overseeing all areas including bar, accommodation, fuel, Caravan Park, restaurant and grounds
Provide relief management across each property when required including management of all day to day operations
Hands on behind the bar, in the retail outlet and in reception areas
Provide Training support, supervision, rostering and mentoring of on-site staff
Accommodation management, bookings, arrivals and departures
Assist with management of stock including stock control, stock ordering, freight logistics and regular stock takes
Cash handling including counting and balancing of tills, float and safe counts, banking processes
Processing of time sheets and invoices through to accounts office
Monitoring of budgets for cost control, wastage and wage costs
Regular reporting of income, expenses and general business to company directors based off site
Monitoring of fuel, fuel dips, fuel ordering, safety procedures etc
Monitoring of the power generators, desalinated water plants etc
Adhering to liquor licensing regulations
Liaise with local suppliers, police, liquor licensing and communities when required
Requirements:
Must have or be able to obtain a NT RSA & South Australian Liquor Badge
Be willing to undertake a SA Gaming Course if required
Must hold a current Manual Driver’s License
Obtain Prior to commencement a National Police Check
