We are seeking experienced Receptionists for these two great properties, located in the spectacular Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.

There are many great experiences to discover on your days off, such as tours, national parks, waterholes and local history.

Pay Details:

$51,020 salary
Or Casual $29.10 per hour-EBA Agreement
Accommodation and meals $138.95 per week
Own room with shared bathroom


IMMEDIATE START

Duties:
First point of contact for guests.
Check in and check-out of guests.
Process deposits and payments and issue receipts.
Ensure that all incoming reservations, whether by phone, fax, e-mail, letter or in person are given priority.
Maintain quality and accuracy of reservations through training and communication.
Ensure the required information is communicated to Management and Housekeeping departments in order to provide high standards of customer service at all levels.
Monitor arrivals lists each day to ensure accurate, complete information.
Keep up to date with room rates & special packages. Be familiar with package inclusions and valid dates.
Make sure that the balance at end of day/shift, money handling and credit card and Eftpos transactions are all correct.
Other duties as required by management & assisting in other departments
