We are seeking Reception Supervisors for two great properties located in the spectacular Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.

Typically 38-42 hours per week
Accommodation and meals $138.95
First point of contact for guests
Check in and check out of guests
Process deposits and payments and issue receipts
Ensure that all incoming reservations, whether by phone, fax, email, letter or in person are given priority
Maintain quality and accuracy of reservations through training and communication
Ensure the required information is communicated to Management and Housekeeping departments in order to provide high standards of customer service at all levels
Monitor arrivals lists each day to ensure accurate, complete information
Keep up to date with room rates & special packages. Be familiar with package inclusions and valid dates
Make sure that the balance at the end of each day/shift, money handling and credit card and EFTPOS transactions are all correct
Supervising the day to day running of reception
Maintain CMS up to bookings within CMS regarding bookings online, bookings through travel websites, cooperative bookings, and tours;
Maintain key control to ensure security of the guest and the property;
Ensure guest satisfaction in the services we offer and ensure attendance to requests and requirements where possible; and
Liaise with marketing on sales programs, domestic and corporate contact with regard to repeat and increased business.
Responsibility for maintaining the daily, weekly and monthly balancing of the venue revenue and associated reports;
Prepare invoicing for all associated accounts;
Control accounts receivable through AR report and follow through on statements and debt reminders
Other duties as required by management & assisting in other departments
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong reception experience
Previous hotel accommodation experience highly regarded
Telstra mobile coverage only.
