We are seeking an experienced Cooks & Chefs for this very busy venue located in the heart of the Northern Territory.

This remote but very busy roadhouse in Central Australia features on site Motel Accommodation, Restaurant, Bar, Shop and fuel outlets.

You will work with a team of 20+ onsite staff offering excellent service to passing tourists and overnight visitors staying onsite. 

Offering short order menu, bakery items and bistro meals, the kitchen operates 7 days per week with a small team of cooks / chefs & kitchen hands. 

Enjoy the laid back lifestyle in the Northern Territory, star filled skies, amazing sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy days off by the pool or hanging out with the kangaroos, emus and camels. 

Experience central Australia in this unique location working for a great company.

Package:

$32.32 per hour- EBA Agreement
45+ hours per week
+ 10% Super
FREE Accommodation & Meals 
Donga style accommodation own room 

Duties:

Prep & Cooking of bistro style meals & short order cooking
Catering for groups
Take pride in the presentation of food being served
Maintain a clean kitchen
Take directions from the head chef
Working various shifts - some AM, some PM, some split shifts
