We are seeking an experienced Head Chef for this busy venue located in remote coastal South Australia.

Pristine remote beaches, coves, national parks, snorkelling and fishing are just some of the fantastic experiences you can discover on your days off.

Immediate Start

Package Details:

$70000 – $80,000 salary
Accommodation $250 per week (Self contained one bedroom unit)
Five day week (typically 45 hours)
Venue is open Wednesday to Sunday. Typically 100 – 150 covers per shift.

Duties:

Create and implement menus utilising local seafood
Maintain clean and hygienic work practices
Staff management (team of 4-5)
Maintain a positive work environment
Stock control
Maintain quality and consistency
Other duties as required
We are looking for a passionate, experienced and confident Head Chef who wants to make a long term commitment and become an integral member of the business. Someone who is passionate, driven and takes pride in their work is ideal.

Candidates must have their own transport.

Telstra and Optus mobile coverage available.

Access is via sealed roads.
