We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for this busy venue located in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Situated in a lovely coastal location you can enjoy stunning ocean views whilst working.

Fantastic fishing, whale watching, gorgeous beaches, a heritage trail and a rich history are just some of the things you can enjoy on your days off.

This is an ideal opportunity to manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage Department whilst working with a great team of staff in an awesome location.

Package:
$65,000 - $70,000
Accommodation supplied
5 day week
Private room in 3 bedroom accommodation
Duties:
Hands on role including food & beverage service
Rostering for bar and kitchen
Beer Line cleaning
Alcohol ordering weekly
Supervision & training of staff
Balancing tills at close
Liaising with other department heads to ensure the smooth running of the property
Ensuring staff adhere to RSA
Keep our Socials' up to date with ads and photos
Other duties as required
Candidate information:
Driver license required
Forklift ticket desirable
Approved Manager License will be required
Assistance with travel can be provided
Swiftpos POS system
Work available for a partner
