We are seeking an experienced Tours Manager for this fantastic company located in remote Northern Territory.

From campgrounds to tented accommodation, self-contained cabin and the boutique lodge, the company has an accommodation option for everyone.

Beautiful national parks, hot springs, gorges, trails and fascinating cultural experiences are there to be enjoyed on your days off.

What you will be doing:
Coordinate and manage the Tours Department, inspiring our team to provide the highest level of service to our guests
Ensure strong focus on safety and budget
Be a mature and calming influence in a high pressured, fast paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale creating a culture that people want to be part of.
Foster positive relationships with other managers, department heads and stakeholders to meet business needs and achieve outcomes.
Be a progressive, creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in a constantly changing environment.
Enjoy coaching and developing your team to succeed professionally via regular meetings, personal development plans and training
Be flexible and willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends across the 7 days to ensure service standards expected are being achieved.
What we're looking for:
Previous proven experience in managing a high volume Tours operation (this is non negotiable)
Strong skills in operations and adhering to the budget
A commercial mindset
A genuine leader with a passion for people (Indigenous and non-Indigenous)
A team-focused and can-do attitude
A natural ability to build and maintain relationships
Genuine enthusiasm to connect with people and to hear their story
Exceptional communication skills
