We are seeking an experienced Roadhouse Manager / Management Couple for this busy property located in the Pilbara region of remote Western Australia.
The Roadhouse is a fully self-sufficient operation providing and generating its own electricity and water, all sewerage and general waste is dealt with on site. The Roadhouse offers fuel, food, great coffee, a convenience store, souvenir, accommodation, camping sites and a powered caravan park.
Package:
$75,000 Salary Negotiable

Duties:
Day to day duties across the roadhouse
Management of staff-1-2 staff during off season and up to 6 staff in busy periods
General hands on work across all areas of the roadhouse
Maintain onsite equipment including generators, water and sewerage system
Assist with stock ordering and stock control including stock takes
Open and close of venue, cash up and balancing of tills, banking procedures
Provide excellence in customer service
Follow RSA
Answerable to company directors
Candidate Requirements:
Have or be able to obtain a WA Approved Managers License
Hold or be able to obtain a current police clearance
Previous supervisory experience
