Farm Hand - Wemen

Coolibah Herbs is a wholly owned Australian Family Business supplying washed salad greens, mixed leaves and a variety of culinary herbs and vegetables to leading companies in the foodservice sector. We are currently looking for multiple casual Farm Hand positions working in our Farm Department.

Task & Responsibilities:

Cutting salad, spinach, kale, and herbs
Packing/ Stacking the crates
Reporting produce faults and quality check
Some lifting may be required (Repetitive lifting of 6 kg to 10 kg crates)
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes:

Self-motivated and hands-on
Hold a current driver's license and own transport
Have the ability to learn and work in a team environment
Basic communication skills
Be fit and ready for some physical duties.
experience in a food environment will be advantageous
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Able to start immediately or within the next few weeks
Able to take direction
Available to work Sunday to Friday.
