MLKA Hospitality Recruitment specialises in remote, live in hospitality roles in remote, regional and outback areas Australia wide.
Get out of the rat race of the city and enjoy the relaxing environment of a remote role - accommodation packages are provided with all roles.
We are seeking a Chef for this hotel / pub venue located in the Great Western Plains of New South Wales. 5 and a half hours drive from Sydney, you can enjoy a quiet country lifestyle.
The hotel serves basic homestyle / bistro style meals, but use quality ingredients and are looking for a consistently high quality outcome.
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about food, take pride in your work and have an enthusiastic attitude.
The town offers a selection of restaurants, cafes, bakery, shopping, events, sightseeing, attractions and entertainment.
In this role you will work alongside the head chef.
Package:
$65,000 salary
5 day week
Split shifts, lunch and dinner
FREE accommodation
Accommodation is a pub style room upstairs with shared bathroom.
Duties:
Assist the head chef with all kitchen operations
Prep and cooking of pub / bistro style meals
Kitchen cleaning / dishes
Maintain a clean kitchen
Catering to small functions
Other duties as required
Additional Information:
Telstra and Optus mobile coverage available
Access via sealed roads, buses or regular flights.
