The Role:

If successful in your application for a position here at Direct IT, you would find yourself in the fast paced and dynamic world of B2B telephone-based lead generation! In this role you would be speaking to IT decision makers and key influencers from both large and small businesses across ANZ; with a goal to build rapport with these contacts, objection handle and leading a conversation to uncover projects and close leads.

We are currently recruiting for multiple telesales positions, both temp and full time are available.

Immediate Start Date
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm
Hourly Rate: $27 - $30 + super + commission (uncapped OTE)
Weekly pay
WHV and Student visas welcome

Office based with the option to work from home when needed


To be successful in this role you will have:

Excellent communication and influencing skills
Exceptional and positive phone manner
Good knowledge of IT hardware, security, networking and infrastructure would be advantageous, but if not, willingness to learn is a must!
Proactive with high levels of energy and positivity
The ability to be self-motivated and be able to adapt to change
Demonstrated sales and/or telemarketing experience
