Program Facilitator – Full time/ Part time / Casual position
AdventureWorks WA has been delivering outdoor experiences for schools, families, and organisations for over 25 years.

We have seen the pathway to adulthood becoming harder to navigate and the increase in mental health issues increasing for our young people.

Our programs have been adapted to meet the needs of young people and be more relevant today while preparing for tomorrow.

Our mission is to support young people become happy and healthy adults, be more connected to who they are, what they value and the kind of life they want to lead.

We deliver Rite of Passage programs, health and wellbeing workshops, leadership expeditions, and outdoor adventure camps that give young people the space to navigate the pathway INTO ADULTHOOD.

We also support parents and train teachers to deliver Into Adulthood in-school and camp-based Rite of Passage and Social and Emotional Learning programs.

We are seeking Casual Facilitators to join our Tribe.

You will be very comfortable in the outdoors and demonstrate your awareness and belief in the value of working in nature and the use of adventure and challenge to support personal development in groups and individuals.

The successful applicant will have a high level of personal awareness and demonstrate the social and emotional capabilities that we are training in others, but it does not mean you have stopped learning or growing and will be committed to your ongoing personal and professional development.
