We are seeking Grounds / Maintenance Attendants for this busy property located in the spectacular Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.

The group owns several properties in town and are a fantastic employer to work for.

As the role is based in the amazing Kimberley Region, there are spectacular sights to visit on your days off, such as gorges, canyons and caves. Learn new skills, see amazing locations and also be exposed to a fascinating culture with many significant cultural sites to visit.

Immediate Start


Package:
Casual $29.59 per hour - EBA agreement
Accommodation & Meals $121 per week deducted from fortnightly pay
Own Room with shared bathroom facilities
Must be physically Fit - Enjoy the Heat
Able to work long days with early morning starts

Duties Include:

• Mowing of lawns
• Weeding
• General grounds work
• General maintenance Work including repairs to motel rooms, caravan park and common areas
• Checking swimming pools
• Emptying bins
• Pressure Washing
• General porterage work
• Unloading of stock
• Other duties as required as directed by the maintenance manager
• Assist across the other company's other sites if required
• Assisting in other departments if required

Candidate Requirements:

Must be able to make a minimum 3+ month commitment
Undertake a police clearance if required
Must have excellent work related references
Provide excellence in customer service
Current drivers licence preferred
Able to work as part of a team

Property / Location Information:

The property caters to the local, corporate and tourist market and is extremely busy.
30-50 staff live and work on site
Staff have use of the resort facilities including swimming pool.
Free WiFi for staff (in main building)
Full Telstra Internet & Mobile
Access via sealed roads or Greyhound bus from Broome or Darwin
