Blueberry Harvest 2022

Mountain Blue is a family owned and operated business, we are involved in all aspects of the blueberry, from genetics, through to nursery then onto harvest and then marketing. We have various sites throughout the Northern Rivers with the majority of the Harvest work being done in Tabulam, NSW 2469

Things are starting to gear up for the upcoming Harvest!

It has been a little difficult to predict with all the wet weather we have been having but we anticipate starting to employ small amounts of workers from late June/July. As per our usual Harvest pattern - this will be irregular days and hours until the Harvest really starts, then we will be employing larger amounts of people from August/September through to November and finishing up in December.

If you are available and interested in working with us for the Blueberry Harvest 2022, please complete the Expression of Interest form, which you will find on our website Employment — Mountain Blue, follow the prompts to complete this for the position you seek. An option to complete further applications will be emailed to you after the initial entry is processed

In the Expression of Interest there are many positions listed throughout the Harvest period, please read the information provided regarding these roles and if you have the skills and experience proceed to apply – some the positions we require include pickers, truck drivers, supervisors (tray scanners & QA’s), team leaders, forklift operators and general support – logistics in Tabulam and packers, forklift operators, team leaders and QA’s (quality control) in Lismore.
