Job Description
A brilliant 6-month opportunity exists for a passionate Administration Assistant to join our friendly, fun, and positive team on a full-time basis. Within this role you will be responsible for:
• Answering incoming calls
• Managing general enquiries
• Collating employee timesheets
• Creating Word documents
• Database management
You will bring your energy, positive nature and can-do attitude. You will also need to have
• A keen eye for attention to detail
• Proven performance in a team support role
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
