Live and work a short stroll from the beach in a great remote coastal location – accommodation packages are provided with all roles.

We are seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants for this great coastal venue located in remote Northern Territory.

Both bar & restaurant roles are available.

There are many culturally significant experiences to enjoy on your days off. Walking trails, forests, and abundant wildlife and birdlife as well as fantastic fishing and spectacular sunsets.

All of this and also great local shopping.

Immediate Start

Pay Rate:

Hospitality Award-Level 2

Bar & Restaurant roles available

Monday – Friday $27.15 per hour ($29.52 after 7pm)
Saturdays: $32.58 per hour
Sundays: $38.01 per hour
Public Holidays: $54.30 per hour
Work over 5-6 Days
Accommodation $125 – $150 per week (depending on accommodation)

Accommodation Type depending on availability

FLIGHTS REIMBURSED FROM CAIRNS OR DARWIN ON COMPLETION OF 3 MONTHS’ EMPLOYMENT

***$100 in meal vouchers per week ****Free knock off drink on completion of each shift

Duties:

Bar

All aspects of working in a busy public bar / tavern
Alcohol sales
Unloading of stock / putting stock away
Cashing up and balancing of tills
General customer liaisons
Taking food orders at tables, waitressing, running meals, clearing tables etc
Ensuring responsible service of alcohol is adhered to at all times
Hands on in every aspect
Cleaning of all areas of the bar
Assist across other areas if required (housekeeping, kitchen etc)
Other directions from the manager
Restaurant

All aspects of working in a busy restaurant
Alcohol sales – cocktails, wines, beers etc
Unloading of stock / putting stock away
Cashing up and balancing of tills
General customer liaisons
Taking food orders at tables, waitressing, running meals, clearing tables etc
Ensuring responsible service of alcohol is adhered to at all times
Hands on in every aspect
Cleaning of all areas
Assist across other areas if required (housekeeping, kitchen etc)
Other directions from the manager

Previous Restaurant Experience Required
Full Telstra Mobile Coverage Available
