Tangalooma Island Resort, located on Moreton Island, is approximately 1 hour by ferry from Brisbane. The Resort is renowned for its Dolphin Care and Research Programme. With the seasonal change we are seeking some new recruits for our team!

As a part of the Food & Beverage team you will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of the Resort’s Outlets, Events & Functions. All team members are cross trained in all 4 of our main Food & Beverage outlets (Coffee Shop, Bar, Buffet, Bistro). For this intake we are specifically seeking team members who have a minimum 1-year background in a bar environment. There are 7 positions available.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry and possess the following skills and qualifications:

PRE-REQUISITE:

Current QLD RSA
Be flexible in working variable shifts over 7 days, including weekends & school holidays
Coffee/barista experience and/or bar, cocktail, restaurant, function experience
Ability to take direction, communication clearly, customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic

Resumes will be kept on hand for a period of 4 weeks from application date.

Own transportation is not required as all positions require successful candidates to live on site at the resort on Moreton Island. Board packages (Accom, food, utilities) will be discussed in the interview process
