We are seeking experienced several Lodge Staff for a variety of positions in preparation for the 2022 tourist season.

These roles require an immediate start.

WETLANDS-MONSOON FORESTS-ROCKY ESCARPMENTS-BEACHES-BAYS

70+ staff work across the property including locals, backpackers and Australians covering housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, reception, kitchen, grounds, newsagency etc. The lodge offers lodge accommodation, campsites, restaurant / cocktail bar, Tavern & Bottleshop.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef, Bar Attendants, Restaurant Attendants, Duty Manager, Restaurant Manager and Kitchen Staff

Duty Manager: $64,000 Base Salary, Accommodation, $25 per week

Restaurant Manager: $70,000 Salary, Accommodation $25 per week

Bar Attendant / All-Rounders: Monday – Friday $27.15 per hour ($29.52 after 7pm)-Saturdays: $32.58 per hour-Sundays: $38.01 per hour-Public Holidays: $54.30 per hour-Accommodation $100 – $150 per week – Accommodation Type depending on availability

Restaurant Attendants: Monday – Friday $27.15 per hour ($29.52 after 7pm)-Saturdays: $32.58 per hour-Sundays: $38.01 per hour-Public Holidays: $54.30 per hour-Accommodation $100 – $150 per week – Accommodation Type depending on availability

Chefs: $28.08 per hour Mon-Fri ($30.45 after 7pm)-$33.69 Saturday-$39.41 Sunday-Own Room Accommodation $25 per week

Head Chef: $80,000 Salary Neg, Accommodation $25 per week
