Macpeople is a highly successful recruitment business for people in Digital, Marketing, Creative and Communications. Our brand is highly visible and we work with a broad client portfolio that includes most industries.

We are seeking a switched-on Candidate Resourcer with research skills to support our specialist recruitment team in identifying, sourcing and evaluating suitable candidates for current job vacancies.

Whilst you will have the opportunity to build skills across a range of HR and Recruitment related activities, your primary focus will be to probe job boards, databases and social platforms, using an array of tools to search out qualified candidates for our many vacant roles.

We are looking to engage with resourceful candidates who can demonstrate:
• A sense of urgency and a ‘customer first’ approach
• Excellent communication skills and a confident style of engagement
• An interest in human resources, marketing, communications, creative or digital
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
You'll be given on-the-job training and will work with a friendly team in a modern workplace with plenty of ‘buzz’.
