We are seeking an experienced Management Couple for this lovely property located in remote Western Australia.

The Management Couple will oversee the day to day operations of the venue, including Reception, Restaurant / Kitchen & Bar, Accommodation and Facilities/Maintenance.

Maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure quests' experience expectations are met in all areas. A hands on approach is required in leading a small team.

This is a shared management role enabling a roster to allow management teams adequate time off to explore other local areas.

The location offers spectacular rugged scenery, ancient geological formations, a variety of arid-land ecosystems and a range of recreational experiences to explore on your days off.

About the role:

The management couple will work closely with the Perth based management team answering to the Operations Manager & Directors.

Hands on management of the property
Manage, train and mentor a team of 20+ seasonal staff
General administration and front office duties using RMS
Host and coordinate various tour groups
Develop new products to enhance guest experiences
Maintain accurate financial records in F&B costings, inventory control, staff costs and generate timely financial reports
Co-ordinate emergency situations and provide assistance of DBCA, including administering of First Aid
Coordinate and implement maintenance schedules throughout the facility, including accommodation and facilities, waste water treatment plant, solar and diesel generators

Skills and experience
Experience in a similar management role within hospitality / tourism
WA approved managers accreditation (or ability to obtain prior to season opening)
Responsible service of alcohol
Senior First Aid certification (current)
Skid steer licence for unloading of weekly deliveries preferred
Current drivers licence and own transport
Police clearance (current within 3 months)
Experience in using similar property management (RMS) and POS systems will be high regarded.
Applicants must be able to commit to a minimum. 12 month contract

A pre-employment medical history and current police clearance may be requested for shortlisted applicants
