Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for this busy tourist property in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia.

The property features onsite accommodation, caravan park, bars, restaurant and tour operation.

Staff live and work onsite in the staff accommodation village.

Pay Details:
$65,000 Salary Neg on experience
Accommodation and Meals $121 / week
Own room own bathroom-3 Meals per day

General maintenance to buildings including basic plumbing, carpentry etc
Undertaking grounds duties, weeding, whipper snipping, mowing
Unloading of equipment and supplies
General common area cleaning, hosing, gurney of outdoor areas
Rubbish collection and rubbish removal
Working with and mentoring local staff
Implementing preventative maintenance program
Other duties as required

Other Information:
Prefer remote area experience and previous maintenance experience
Candidates must be able to work independently
MUST have a current Drivers License
Ideally hold a current Fork Lift Ticket
Full Telstra Internet & Mobile Coverage-Wifi is not available-Must take own internet device
Access via Broome or Darwin on Greyhound Bus
