Duty Manager-Remote Coastal Northern Territory
MLKA Hospitality Recruitment specialises in remote, live in hospitality roles in remote, regional and outback areas Australia wide.
Live and work a short stroll from the beach in a great remote coastal location – accommodation packages are provided with all roles.
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for this great coastal role located in remote Northern Territory.
There are many culturally significant experiences to enjoy on your days off. Walking trails, forests, and abundant wildlife and birdlife as well as fantastic fishing and spectacular sunsets.
All of this and also great local shopping.
***$100 in meal vouchers per week ****Free knock off drink on completion of each shift
Pay Details:
$64,000 Base Salary + 10% Super
4 Weeks Annual Leave
Accommodation – $25 per week
Duties:
Supervision of the main tavern public bar and bottleshop
100% hands on in all areas of the venue including bar, bottleshop, restaurant and gaming
Open & Close of venue
Counting and balancing of tills
Monitoring stock control and stock ordering for the bar
Other duties as required by management & assisting in other departments
Candidate Requirements:
Prefer candidates to have previous gaming experience, will train the right person
Strong public bar & bottleshop experience advantageous – in a ‘pub’ environment
Be willing to obtain an NT Gaming License
Flights on Airnorth from Darwin and Cairns
Immediate Start-Minimum 6 Month Commitment Required
