Duty Manager-Hotel Venue-Spectacular Kimberley Region-Remote Western Australia
MLKA Hospitality Recruitment specialises in remote, live in hospitality roles in remote, regional and outback areas Australia wide.
Go on an amazing remote adventure away from the stresses of city life - accommodation packages are provided with all roles.
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for this busy property located in the spectacular Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.
There are many great experiences to discover on your days off, such as tours, national parks, waterholes and local history.
Pay Details:
$61,000 salary
Free Accommodation and meals
IMMEDIATE START
Duties:
Supervision of the food and beverage outlets (bars, restaurant, functions, tour groups)
Assist in reception as required - reservations, enquiries, check-in etc
100% hands on in all areas of the venue
Close of venue (occasional opens)
Till reconciliation
Stock management / ordering
Staff supervision and training
Assist with rosters etc where required
Day to day problem solving
General Customer Service
Adhere to RSA guidelines
Other duties as required by management & assisting in other departments
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Must have a current WA Approved Managers Licence
Strong food and beverage experience
Previous hotel accommodation experience highly regarded
Drivers licence preferred
