As a Tour Guide you are central to ensuring our guests experience the very highest levels of service and safety while on our tours. Tour Guides are an integral part of the properties daily operations from transfers in and out of Kununurra to guided boat tours.
Skills & Experience
Highly developed Guest Service Skills
Strong Interest in Wildlife & Nature
Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously
Ability to work a part of a tight knit team
Positive, warm and enthusiastic energy
Previous experience with Tour Guiding or within the tourism industry preferable
Demonstrated competency in 4WDing or completion of a 4WD course
Senior First Aid
Manual Driver’s License
West Australian F Endorsement- Needs to be obtained prior to season commencing
West Australian MR Licence – Needs to be obtained prior to season commencing
West Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol
Relevant qualification in either Guiding/Environmental/Education is an advantage
Coxswain ticket, highly regarded
This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Lake Argyle for the duration of the season.
