Your key responsibilities include:
• Develop and supervise all workers within area of responsibility
• Liaise with your Coordinator to ensure people, materials and assets availability meet workload requirements
• Comply with all legislative, environmental, and safety acts as applicable to the state we work in
• Convert required product within quality specifications by ensuring target outcomes are delivered for packing activities

Your profile:
• Leadership experience of small to medium sized teams
• Great interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety
