Itty Bitty Spa is a Day Spa/Beauty Salon located in Dubbo, NSW. We're quirky, fun, modern and believe that self care is the key to happiness. We're all for relaxation, rejuvenation and appreciating the small moments.

We’re looking for an absolute rockstar Beauty Therapist with a passion for customer care to help create a lasting impression with our clients.

The position is Full Time (Tues - Sat) + one Sunday per month. Employees are rostered one weekend off per month. Salaried remuneration between $45 - $58k pa (gross, tax and super inclusive) dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Role:
Our Pamper People spend the majority of their days performing facial treatments, pamper packages for both solo relaxers and groups, massage and beauty treatments including waxing, brows and lashes. Our days also include taking phone calls, booking appointments and other basic admin duties.

You are:
- Cert IV or Diploma qualified
- Well presented and well spoken with an excellent phone manner and written communication skills.
- Genuinely caring, compassionate and empathetic with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fun, positive and upbeat with an ability to roll with the punches and stay on track
- Confident in communicating with clients and providing them with the best service or product recommendations for their needs.
