The Elliott Store is located in Elliott, which is situated almost halfway between Darwin and Alice Springs in the Northern Territory.

We currently have a vacancy for a reliable, hardworking Short Order Cook to assist with running our busy kitchen which is open from 7am - 7pm seven days a week.

Duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking food such as burgers, pizzas, basic fried food, roast chicken, hot chips etc
- Operating fryer and grill;
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen;
- Reporting promptly maintenance and safety issues and ensure they are corrected;
- Abiding by all Workplace Health, Safety & Hygiene regulations at all times;

Serving takeaway only, this is a busy role and requires someone who is reliable, works well under pressure ensuring high quality food is always being served to our customers.
You must be able to work well in a team environment.

Start immediately for a minimum 3 -6 months or longer. Permanency can be offered if preferred.

Accommodation is provided on site for $10/per day.
