Duty Manager - Spectacular Kimberley Region, Remote Wa

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for this lovely property located in the Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.

Featuring onsite accommodation, restaurant, bars and function / conference rooms, the property caters to local, corporate and tourist clientele and hosts many functions and events throughout the year including conferences, parties and private functions.

Working alongside the team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the venue, this hands on role sees you working across all areas of the property with a particular focus on office and food & beverage.
Being town based you have access to local shopping facilities and outside of work have the opportunity to explore some of Western Australia's most popular tourist attractions.


Package
- $70,000 Salary
- Accommodation & Meals $175 per week
- Spacious air-conditioned Room with own bathroom, WIFI, Netflix

The Ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Be able to exceed guest expectations
- Be an outstanding communicator with guests & their team
- Is a highly organised individual with the ability to multi task

Duties:
- Manage, train and mentor a small team of F&B staff
- Hands on across all areas of Food & Beverage including bar and restaurant
- Execution of functions, conferences and special events
- Manage departments stock ordering and stock control
- Staff rosters and manning allocations
- Assist with late arrivals covering guest check ins
- Adhere to liquor licensing regulations
- Other duties as required to ensure the smooth operations of the property

You will need
- Current Approved Managers Licence (WA) or be able to obtain
- Strong food and Bistro knowledge

- Work available for a partner - Housekeeping or Food & Beverage Departments
- Access via daily flights, sealed roads or bus
