MLKA Hospitality Recruitment specialises in remote, live in hospitality roles in remote, regional and outback areas Australia wide.

Escape the daily grind of the city for the relaxed environment of a remote role - accommodation packages are provided with all roles.

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to manage all day to day aspects of the properties busy front office.

Featuring onsite accommodation, restaurant, bars and function / conference rooms, the property caters to local, corporate and tourist clientele and hosts many functions and events throughout the year including conferences, parties and private functions.

Being town based you have access to local shopping facilities and outside of work have the opportunity to explore some of Western Australia's most popular tourist attractions.

Flexible Start date - either prior to Christmas or commence in January.

Package:
- $60,000 Salary
- Paid all extra hours above 40
- 5 Day Week-2 Days Off
- Accommodation & Meals $175 per week
- Spacious air-conditioned Room with own bathroom, WIFI, Netflix
- 4 Weeks Annual Leave

Key Duties:
- Hands on day to day management of all aspects of front office
- Using Room Master PMS system
- Guest arrivals, departures, room charges
- Accounts / invoicing for purchase orders / groups
- Reservations for FIT's and group bookings
- Updating of rates and management of external booking channels
- Supervision and training of 2 front office receptionists
- Open and close of reception / daily reports
- Liaise with travel agents and tour companies
- Offer excellence in customer service
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the property
- Other duties as required
- Supportive GM to assist

Candidate Requirements:
- You will be dynamic and engaging with excellent work ethic
- You will be highly skilled and bring a team together and getting them on board to your -way of thinking
- Ideally, you will be highly experienced in your field, and have a passion for training others to provide the service that guests deserve
- Previous hotel / resort front office experience
- Able to commit to minimum 12 month contract
