Chef/ Farm Hand

We are looking for a chef/cook or someone with considerable cooking experience to join our team here at the Williams Hotel located 1.5 hours South of Perth. Our kitchen has recently just undergone major renovations and has been fitted out with all new cooking equipment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
✔️Efficient, organised, trust worthy and reliable
✔️Great communication skills and can work well in a team environment
✔️Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure
✔️Trade / cookery qualification is an advantage but not essential
✔️ 1 years experience working in a commercial kitchen
✔️ Ability to follow instructions and recipes
✔️ Maintain high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen
✔️Passion for food and a creative flair, Deep fryer & Grill experience required
✔️Comprehensive knowledge of food safety is essential
✔️ Rational Combi Oven experience required but not essential
