We require a Venue Manager to join the team at our busy popular Rattle n Hum venue in Port Douglas. Accommodation available if needed.
Skills include, but are not limited to:
- Valid QLD RSA
- At least 2 years manager experience in a similar bar and restaurant environment.
- Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts. Days, nights & weekends.
- Experience in cash handling and end of shift procedures is of benefit.
-Effective at motivating and supervising staff to maintain a high standard of service towards the patrons in a small community where customer experience is important.
- Must be hands on and self-motivated to lead by example.
- Knowledge of QLD liquor laws and compliance guidelines.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity in the heart of Port Douglas in our established, high-volume venue.
The successful candidate will take a very hands-on approach in the day-to-day operations of the bar.

Salary range - $60,000 to 70,000
