Pruning Team Worker Wanted

• Pay Wage - $26.73 Per Hour the minimum guarantee rate , Plus Incentive(Explain in bottom)

• Regular work 6 Days from Mon to Saturday 7.30am – 4.00pm, NOW through to the September

• Table Grape Cane Rolling – Easy to learn!

• Work will rarely be stopped if there’s pouring rain (we will still work if there’s a little shower)

• You will need your own transport

• Seasonal Accommodation available – We will help you book this!

• No experience required!

- $130 - $150 Rent per WEEK
- $8 Transport per DAY (Car Pooling)

Incentive : The daily incentive threshold target set by the farm are depending to the field and vine condition, the current field we work the daily incentive threshold is 80 vine a day, so if you have roll more than 80 vine in 8 hours, you will get $2 extra bonus for every each extra vine you roll (8 Canes per vine) ,Our experience worker can make $400-$500 a day, and average worker make $250 - $300 a day.

Example : Roll 140 Vine in 8 Hours
Work 8 Hours x $26.73 = $213.84
Extra 50 Vine x $2.00 = $120
Total Salary = $213.84 + $120 = $333.84

When pruning season finishes we still have mandarin picking and packing job available in this area, also blueberry picking job in COFFS HARBOUR and GOLD COAST, we can manage all year job for you to get your days.
