Customer Experience Agent

SIXT Australia (NT) is seeking Full Time & Part-Time Customer Experience Agents to join the team at Darwin.

Your main tasks overall will be:
Opening and closing rental agreements
Selling additional over the counter rental products
Managing reservations
Grooming returned vehicles
Recording vehicle damage
Delivering vehicles between sites

About you
You will be an enthusiastic and driven individual who has a desire to provide exceptional customer service with an eagle eye for detail. The following skills and abilities are also required:

Drive for exceeding targets
Excellent communication skills
Must pass a drug and alcohol test
Current Driver's Licence
Full working rights in Australia
Valid National Criminal History Check (if you don’t have a valid check currently, you will be required to complete one if you’re shortlisted).
