Job Description
We run a large flower farm in Alstonville NSW. We need hard working people to join our Picking and Planting team. We can offer full-time work and require people to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
About the Role
Hours – Winter 7am to 3pm in Summer 5:30 to 2pm, but the finish time can vary due to the unpredictable nature of flowers.
The work is physical, you need to be able to lift, carry and bend over a lot to pick and plant. You are also constantly battling the elements (sun, wind, rain), which is why we provide the opportunity to earn more than the horticultural award rate. We pay a discretionary bonus for flowers picked and bulbs planted by hand.
