DRESSAGE/SHOW – RIDER/TRAINER

Due to the continued growth and success of our OSO showing team, we are currently looking for an experienced Dressage/Show Rider/Trainer to join our dynamic team.

Successful applicants must have the following essential attributes:

• Phenomenal horsemanship

• Highly experienced in working with and riding young horses pre/post-breaking through to high-level dressage/show horses

• Proven track record in competitive dressage or showing

• Confidence and ability to ride at local and national level

• A high standard of presentation including plaiting, trimming and clipping

• Ability to be completely hands-on; working cohesively as part of a small but dedicated team putting our horses’ best interests first

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently whilst being a committed and valued team member

• Mature positive attitude, clean, tidy and attention to detail

• Full clean driver’s licence (truck licence not critical but a bonus)

• Oral English Skills

• Honesty, integrity, a sense of humour, and of course, awesome references!

• 88-day VISA can be covered (min stay 6 months over show season, longer preferred)

• Ongoing professional dressage instruction
