ENDURANCE RIDER
Due to the continued growth and success of OSO Arabians’ Team OSO, we are currently looking for a professional endurance rider to join our dynamic team.
Successful applicants must have the following essential attributes:
Phenomenal horsemanship
Proven track record in Endurance riding – from young, green horses through to experienced open level horses
Confidence, ability and knowledge, with specific emphasis on continuing the foundational education of our horses
Ability to be completely hands on; working cohesively as part of a small but dedicated team putting our horses’ best interests first
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently whilst being a committed and valued team member
Mature positive attitude, clean, tidy and attention to detail
Full clean driver’s license (truck license a bonus)
Oral English Skills
Honesty, integrity, a sense of humor, and of course, awesome references!
Our ideal applicant will be able to ride in a middleweight division which is 73kgs including your saddle.
In return:
Competitive wage (rate dependent on experience)
Full board, including utilities - large shared modern accommodation
88-day VISA can be covered but o/s applicants Minimum stay 6 months, longer preferred.
