We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for this busy resort property located in coastal Western Australia.

Rich in natural and cultural history, there are many things to explore on your days off. Beautiful wildlife and amazing beaches! Live and work at the beach!

Package:
- $65,000 per annum + super
- FREE Onsite self contained Accommodation

The Role
- We are looking to recruit a energetic, positive and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our Restaurant team and report to the Food and Beverage Manager.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing direction, guidance and support to the front of house team whilst ensuring our customer service standards are met
- Working with the Head Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to create an industry leading restaurant
- Working with suppliers to meet the needs of the restaurant and bar
- Proactively manage guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service
- Assist with events, weddings and function management
- Helping to prepare budgets and forecasts to management on restaurant performance

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Passion for industry leading restaurant service and creating unforgettable moments of quality to guests
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- RSA certificate and Approved Manager's license
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, Point of Sale system)
- Sound understanding of budgets, cost control and financial reports
- This position requires your willingness and availability to work flexible working hours including weekends and nights
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
