We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for this busy property located in the spectacular Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.

There are many great experiences to discover on your days off, such as tours, national parks, waterholes and local history.

Pay Details:
- $61,000 salary
- Free Accommodation and meals

IMMEDIATE START

Duties:
- Supervision of the bar and TAB outlets
- Assist in overseeing the bottleshop as required
- Assist in reception after hours - reservations, enquiries, check-in etc
- 100% hands on in all areas of the venue
- Close of venue (occasional opens)
- Till reconciliation
- Stock management
- Staff supervision and training (around 6-10 on shift)
- Assist with rosters etc where required
- General Customer Service
- Incident reporting
- Adhere to WHS policies
- Adhere to RSA and RSG guidelines
- Other duties as required by management & assisting in other departments

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must have a current WA Approved Managers Licence
- Strong public bar & bottleshop experience advantageous - in a 'pub' environment
- Previous hotel accommodation experience highly regarded
- Previous experience with H&L pos advantageous
- Drivers licence preferred
