We are currently seeking a Duty Manager for a busy hotel in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia.

The venue features accommodation, a la carte dining, bars and bistro dining. This very busy hotel is an enjoyable place to live, work, experience and explore the beautiful Kimberley region.

Being based in a small town you will feel part of the local community and enjoy attending local events. There are plenty of places to explore on days off.

IMMEDIATE START


Pay Details:
- $68,000 salary
- Free Accommodation and meals

Duties:
- Supervision of the food and beverage outlets (3 bars, restaurant, functions, tour groups)
- Assist in reception as required - reservations, enquiries, check-in etc
- 100% hands on in all areas of the venue
- Close of venue (occasional opens)
- Till reconciliation
- Stock management / ordering
- Staff supervision and training
- Assist with rosters etc where required
- Day to day problem solving
- General Customer Service
- Adhere to RSA guidelines
- Other duties as required by management & assisting in other departments

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must have a current WA Approved Managers Licence
- Strong food and beverage experience
- Previous hotel accommodation experience highly regarded
- Drivers licence preferred

- Access via sealed roads or Greyhound bus from Broome or Darwin
