We are seeking an experienced Chef for this busy hotel venue located in the Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.

The group owns several properties in town and are a fantastic employer to work for.

As the role is based in the amazing Kimberley Region, there are spectacular sights to visit on your days off, such as gorges, canyons and caves. Learn new skills, see amazing locations and also be exposed to a fascinating culture with many significant cultural sites to visit.

Immediate Start

Package:
- $65,000
- 4 Weeks Annual Leave
- Accommodation & Meals $121 p/w

Duties:
- Prep and cooking of bistro & a la carte meals
- Cooking short order / takeaway food
- Some breakfast shifts required
- Clean & tidy of kitchen
- Maintain a clean kitchen
- Working with waiting staff and kitchen helper
- Support the Head Chef
- Ordering
- Maintain Stock

Other Information:
- The restaurant is open 7 days per week cooking bistro / a la carte meals. There are 1-2 chefs in the kitchen.
- Accessible by car or Greyhound Bus.
