Who we are:
Our 5-Star Luxury Beachside Resort is part of the Accor Hotel Group, which hosts over 5,000 properties worldwide. Our Resort boasts 150 luxuriously appointed bungalow style villas, an award-winning restaurant, conferencing facilities and a day spa, all located in one of the most beautiful locations in Western Australia.

What we are looking for:
We are seeking happy, caring, fun loving staff members to join our dream team in our Restaurant & Bar - “Other Side of the Moon.” Our aim is to create peak moments / experiences for our Guests and fellow staff members at every opportunity.
About the role:
- use our ‘Heartist’ principals to engage with guests and create a connection
- take orders and maximise sales opportunities
- deliver orders promptly
- keep areas clean and tidy
- maintain hygienic food service techniques
- operate the till and process payments
- answer enquiries and make restaurant reservations
About you:
- you love people and enjoy providing exceptional service to help make someone’s day that little bit more amazing!
- you are friendly and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to guests’ needs
- this is hospitality after all so you will need to be available to work weekends (but it doesn't have to be every Saturday and Sunday).
- if you have done a similar role that is great, however it’s more important to us that you are a great person that really cares about others. We can teach you the rest along the way!
We pay an above award hourly rate and penalty rates when applicable. You will also be entitled to generous staff benefits including; discounted staff meals, access to discounted Accor hotel accommodation & food & beverage discounts, health insurance benefits and much more.
